A beautiful property with a perfect location. Spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. The on-site restaurant offers delicious meals, and the gift shop is impressive. My room featured a relaxing spa tub. service inconsistencies marred the experience. Check-in was delayed, and important amenities were lacking—non-functioning washing machines, dirty facilities, and inadequate maintenance. Communication was often inefficient; requests for assistance went unanswered. An unfortunate oversight with cleanliness further detracted from the visit. Promising amenities like the spa and pool were enticing, yet operational flaws cannot be overlooked. I would consider returning, but improvements in management and maintenance are essential for a valuable experience.

The hotel’s proximity to popular attractions like Disney World, just a short drive away, and the many dining choices like TGI Fridays a mere 400 meters away made it easy to enjoy everything on foot or with a quick trip, plus having a fully equipped kitchen made in-room dining a breeze, but the pool area could use more maintenance.

Our family had a blast playing a thrilling game of tennis on the world-class center court with grass bleacher seating. The entertainment complex at Universal CityWalk® was a hit, offering a plethora of dining options and lively nightclubs right at our fingertips. With activities like tennis, basketball, and mini golf, the resort truly catered to our family's active lifestyle, making it the perfect vacation destination just 4 miles from Disney's Magic Kingdom.
My wife says that the resort should consider adding more shaded areas near the pool for families with children.

First off, the room/suite we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. The Jacuzzi tub was a nice touch, although there were a few cracks in the bathroom that needed maintenance. The smoking detectors had low batteries, but maintenance was quick to fix it. One of the major downsides was the cleanliness of the floor in the villa. It seemed like it hadn't been washed in a long time, which was quite disappointing. the staff at check-in were amazing and really made us feel welcome. Another positive aspect was the activities on the property. We enjoyed the different options available and the friendly staff around. there were some issues with the maintenance of facilities like toilets and washing machines. It was a hassle to go to a different building just to do laundry. The room itself had some cosmetic issues, like a drawer that wouldn't close properly and outdated furniture. The staff, especially the morning front desk agent, could have been more welcoming and accommodating. the experience had its ups and downs.

The outdoor amenities and location were fantastic! We loved having access to multiple pools, a mini-golf course, and a spa. The central area with a commissary/restaurant and outdoor bar was a great convenience. Being close to popular theme parks like Disney and Universal was a major plus for us, allowing for a fun and memorable vacation experience.
The staff didn't meet our expectations. The check-in process was disorganized and our initial room was below standard, with water stains and a leaky ceiling.

I got pampered at the spa, felt like Harry Potter at the Wizarding World, had a blast at the pool bar, and played tennis like a pro!

The basketball and volleyball courts were lit! The location was dope, just 4 miles away from Disney. Plus, Universal CityWalk® was an awesome place to hang out. So many cool activities to keep us entertained!
More vibrant nightlife options for party-loving teens would make the stay even more turnt up! .

i had an awesome experience at star island resort and club - near disney. everything was very nice and clean. the pool, the food, and the jacuzzi in the room were all wonderful. my wife and i loved it so much that we plan to book it for a week next time we're in the area. we really enjoyed our time there and appreciated all the beautiful amenities.
